DuPage County Community Services receives and distributes Community Services Block Grant funding to sub-recipients in DuPage County to provide services to help meet the essential basic needs of those residing in DuPage County.

How to Qualify
- Reside in DuPage County
- Household's combined gross income for the last 30-days cannot exceed 200% of poverty, as shown in the table below
- Additional requirements may apply
