Responsibilities

The Impact Fee Advisory Committee (IFA) advises the County on matters pertaining to County-maintained roadways. It makes recommendations to the County with respect to the proposed land use assumptions; the development of a comprehensive road improvement plan; and the imposition of impact fees. The Impact Fee Advisory Committee also monitors and evaluates all road improvement plans, and reports its findings annually to the County.
