Order M.R.30370 – Illinois Courts
Response to COVID –19 Emergency, on March 16th the DuPage County Chief Judge issued
Administrative Order 20 – 8 IN THE MATTER
OF COURT OPERATIONS UNDER THE EXIGENT CIRCUMSTANCES CREATED BY THE CORONAVIRUS
(COVID -19) and on April 7th the DuPage County Chief Judge issued Administrative Order 20 – 17 IN THE MATTER OF COURT OPERATIONS UNDER THE EXIGENT CIRCUMSTANCES CREATED BY THE CORONAVIRUS (COVID -19)
These Orders create limited Court and Circuit Clerk
operations for the foreseeable future.
Criminal and Traffic Cases
Administrative Order 20–8 closed ALL traffic courts till
April 20th, Administrative Order 20-17 extended the closure thru May15th. Our office is currently preparing and mailing all
notices for cases set between March 17th and May 15th.
Cases will be continued for a period between 30 and 60 days from the original or current scheduled court date. If you have questions, you may call 630-407-8600.
Administrative Order 20-8, orders that all civil cases be
rescheduled 30 to 60 days from the original scheduled court date. Administrative Order 20-17 may further reschedule an additional 30 to 60 days. If you have questions,
you may call 630-407-8700.
