Message from the Chief Judge Kenneth L. Popejoy

As the 20^th Chief Judge in the 63 year history of the 18^th Judicial Circuit and as a life long resident of DuPage County, I want to thank you for your visit to our website.

This website is directed to those who are not in the courthouse every day, those who may only be in the courthouse for your own specific lawsuit, or as a witness, or called in for jury duty. To all of you, you are our true “customers”. You are who we are striving to better serve, protect and oversee the legal rights and interests that each of you have in our local judicial system.

It is the mission of all 48 judges in our courthouse to serve the citizens of DuPage County with respect, deference and efficiency.
