Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)

Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) is a shared database used to collect program and client information to meet funder data collection and reporting requirements, assist our Continuum of Care (CoC) in designing policies and programs, coordinate care across service providers, and to improve the experience for persons being served.
