The responsibilities include:
- Interacts
with ARI program participants to schedule and confirm appointments
- Schedules
ARI Meetings
- Prepares
materials for group meetings
- Enters
case information into software, prepares files
- Utilizes DUCS for
case information
- Provides
administrative support to the ARI unit as directed:
- Takes
meeting minutes
- Performs
other work for ARI Support Services as required.
- Perform data
collection and analysis for Drug Court and Veterans Court
- Data Analyst position
will be an addition to the Drug Court & Veterans Court teams
- Ensure both Courts
collect reliable performance data to report to the BJA grantor
- Ensure
good-quality program monitoring and evaluation for the life of the BJA grant
and beyond
- Create mechanisms
to run and analyze Drug Court/Veterans Court data
- Partner with the
county’s Information Technology Department which allows us access to
multiple demographic, socio-economic, and population data sets
- Collect and report
data to the AOIC problem solving court database
- At the end of each
grant year a multi-disciplinary team will review all data collected,
monies spent, number of treatment or engagement hours and treatment and
programmatic outcomes.
Requirements for
this position include:
- Ability to exercise discretion regarding confidential information
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to accomplish assigned
tasks with frequent interruptions
- Proficient in data entry and the
use of computers
- Skill in providing clerical support
- Good verbal communication
- Ability to deal effectively with
others
- Ability to type 40 words per minute
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel programs
- Must be available to work Thursday
afternoon
- Working
knowledge of the Court system and the Probation software programs (Access/PCMS/DUCS)
is a plus.
