Salary: $39,000/year effective 12/1/2022

The responsibilities
of this position include:
- Greets
the public in high volumes, provides information and routes them to the
appropriate person, department or team;
- Reads
and copies court orders, and provides appropriate paperwork for the
various department teams;
- Schedules
DUI appointments in person and over the phone and processes payments;
- Stamps
and distributes mail;
- Closes
terminated files, clips and organizes files for various units;;
- Replenishes
office supplies;
- Tracks
and logs visitor information;
- Rotates
and performs duties at other windows as directed;
- Answers
the phones and directs callers as necessary;
- Provide coverage for other support
functions such as urinalysis collection, DNA collection, etc.;
- Provides
administrative support to other units as directed:
- Provides
back-up for the Department switchboard;
- Performs
other work for Support Services as required.
Requirements for this
position include:
- Must be
detail and multi-task oriented;
- Ability
to exercise discretion regarding confidential information;
- Ability to accomplish assigned
tasks and keep accurate records with frequent interruptions;
- Proficient in data entry, Word and
Excel and the use of computers;
- Skill in providing clerical support;
- Good verbal communication;
- Ability to deal effectively with
others;
- Ability to type 40 words per
minute;
- Bi-lingual is a plus;
- Working
knowledge of the Court system and the PCMS/Clerk/DUCS system is a plus.
