Third Party Real Estate Tax Payment

If you are an Agent paying on behalf of the Property Owner:

PLEASE NOTE: Only balanced transactions will be processed. Include a self addressed envelope with sufficient postage or a preaddressed return air bill for the return of the receipts. We do not pay postage or carrier fees to return printed materials. Duplicate tax bills are available online under Tax Payment Status at no charge.


Penalty for late payment is added at the rate of 1.5% of the installment amount per month.


An additional $10.00 charge will be collected beginning November 1, 2023 on each unpaid bill to cover delinquent tax publication and certified mailing expenses.

To avoid having the homeowner's name and parcel being listed in the delinquent tax publication, the total amount of 2023 taxes must be received in our office by October 14, 2024.

Payment of the 2023 real estate tax bill after November 1, 2024, must be made by cashier’s check, cash or money order.

Tax Sale

The annual real estate tax sale will begin on Thursday, November 21, 2024.

To avoid having your homeowners' real estate tax sold at the Tax Sale, the full tax payment amount (plus any penalties incurred) must be received no later than 4:30 pm Wednesday, November 20, 2024.
