Facilities Management
The Facilities Management Department performs the following functions:
- coordinates construction projects and provides long-term space planning for county owned facilities
- provides facilities infrastructure and systems maintenance and repairs
- remodeling; power plant and utility services
- works with consultants regarding facilities
- systems and equipment
- provides janitorial services
- contracts for facility maintenance & repair services
- coordinates the use of conference rooms in JTK Administration Building
- oversees the leasing of County-owned office space to non-County agencies and leases space on behalf of the County
- maintains blueprints, drawings, plans and specifications for all County-owned buildings
- provides assistance in emergency situations.
