29 Illinois Administrative Code Part 301
Part 301 of Title 29 addresses requirements that Emergency Services & Disaster Agencies must comply with. The State is requesting information on emergency operation plans (EOP) and the exercise of EOP in conjunction to the 32 FEMA Core Capabilities. These requirements may differ than those presented in past plans.
Please note, the changes highlighted in the below presentation must be met for the 2020 EOP due September 1, 2020.
