The Wellness Center provides supervised fitness programming for those 55+
Highlights of our program include:
- Exercise program is designed and supervised by our exercise physiologist working hand-in-hand with your personal physician.
- Medical grade Nautilus equipment for strengthening and resistance training
- Industry leading programs that address strength, balance, and mobility
- Specific programs to address chronic diseases such as arthritis, cardiac issues, COPD, diabetes, osteoporosis, and neurological diseases
