Procurement Approval History

Purchases submitted for County Board approval can be viewed via the DuPage County Meetings Portal.


  • Enter a search term (ex. a vendor name) in the Search box in the upper right corner of the portal.
  • After the results are displayed, there are further options for filtering:
    • Click on Advanced Search for other search options.
    • Date ranges can be selected in the 'From' and 'To' fields.
    • Additional filters are listed on the right side of the page. The default is for Everything to be displayed but can be filtered by the type of document (ex. Agenda, Packet).

Click on a document and the details of the document will be displayed.


Examples of information that is displayed:

  • Description
  • Department
  • Attachments
  • Meetings with approval information
