Provides long and short-term Case Management and limited housing assistance to prevent and end homelessness when funding is available. Eligibility for housing assistance is determined by available funding sources.

The Federal Fair Housing Act makes it unlawful, "to make, print, or publish, or cause to be made, printed, or published, any notice, statement, or advertisement, with respect to the sale or rental of a dwelling, that indicates any preference, limitation, or discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin..." with
certain exceptions permitted for "housing for older persons."
Furthermore the State of Illinois extends coverage to persons based on age, ancestry, marital status, and unfavorable military discharge.
